What's this dish called? do the ingredients go together?!

Question: What's this dish called? do the ingredients go together?
I made it up myself but I'm sure alot of people know of it...

I boil pasta in a saucepan until neally cooked
Make some cheese sauce using the kettle
Get a large pie dish out and put the pasta in with the cheese sauce smothered on top
Put it in the oven for about 15mins then add on thin sliced tomotoes
Sprinkle grated cheese on top until golden coloured then take it out and add ground pepper

Is their a name for this dish? Do you thnk it sounds nice?

I want to be a chef someday xD

Answers:

If you made it up yourself, then it's probably yours, eh? It's definitely a type of casserole. You may want to add some basil or pesto, and shredded chicken - then that sounds really good.

But as for whether or not it's already a dish, it depends on how you make the cheese sauce, what cheese you use, and what pasta you use, as any of these things could wildly change the eating experience. If you're using feta cheese, it's going to be wildly different than if you use parmesan!

Name it your self! And good luck.
