hmmmm...seeing as 'Adobe' is a type of sun-dried brick made of clay and straw, I'd have to say that I definitely would not eat that.
Adobo, though, (a seasoned dish made from marinated meat and garlic, soy sauce and spices) is delicious...I like Chicken Adobo, Pork Adobo or mixed Chicken/Pork Adobo. Over some nice jasmine rice, mmmmm.
How many other types of Adobo are there? fish? shrimp? ???
I love chicken adobo! My friend used to make that for me and it was sooooooo good....I haven't had any since she cooked it for me, and that was about 5 years ago! Alyssa! Where are you!! Make me some adobo!!

okey, i think i would prefer adobo, especially if the sweetness, saltiness, and sourness is very well absorbed by the meat, then you put a few dried bay leaves, pepper, and garlic to give it a superb aroma!
