What do you mean put up peppers? If you mean stand them upi like for stuff peppers put them in a cup cake pan and they will stand
I don't like to use a pressure cooker, so I do more of a pickled pepper. This way I use vinegar and can safely can using a large pot and water.
I find they don't can well, I freeze them, if you mean sweet peppers. Hot peppers can be canned nicely.
Get a copy of the Ball Blue Book, wherever canning jars are sold, it's full of great information and recipes.
