Answers:
Gatorade. Its had the sodium in it that you end up sweating out. It hydrates you better than water.

Both. Gatorade will keep you hydrating and replenish the elctroyltes in your body that you loose when you sweat. Water will keep you hyrdated also, but you should have both.

the electrolytes in gatorade/powerade help your body to absorb the water better.

You can actually be dehydrated while drinking a lot of water if your body is not absorbing it fast enough. - uncommon, but possible if you have low electrolytes in your system

i would say both b/c the both rehydrate you when your out in the heat

gatorade. it is specially formulated with sugars and sodium and electrolytes that your body loses when you sweat and over excersise. water is very good for you too howver.

As long as you are drinking either of these, you should be ok. Gatorade will help you have more energy because it replenishes the electrolytes that leave your body when you sweat.

Gatorade helps replenish the electrolytes your body loses when it sweats....helping you cool down quicker. We actually provide it to our team members in the manufacturing plant I work where the temperatures soar over 35 degrees Celcius (with humidity).

Drink 2 to 1 water to gatorade. Gatorade helps your body absorb water when it needs it, but also can act like a diruretic (makes you p more) and wind up being dehydrated.

Gatorade as it has electrolytes which you lose when you are in the heat they help replace the minerals you lose.
