What is a good mouth-watering recipe for a garlic marinated steak?

Doesnt have to be garlic, but im trying to find a great way to cook steaks in the oven with great flavors, any one have a good easy recipe?


Answers:
BROILED STEAK WITH GARLIC

1 Sirloin, Porterhouse, Delmonico, or T-bone steak
4 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
Garlic powder
Chili powder

Place steak in deep pan or bowl. Add fresh garlic, vinegar, and oil. Generously sprinkle each side with garlic powder and chili powder. Marinate 2 hours turning over once. Place under boiler and cook to desired doneness. Pour juices and garlic pieces over the top of steak when serving.


CLASSIC STEAK DIANE

4 pieces fillet steak 1/4 inch think
1 oz (25 g) butter
2 tbs oil
worcestershire sauce
2 tbs lemon juice
1 1/2 tbs finely chopped or grated onion
2 tbs chopped parsley

Heat butter and oil. Fry steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and keep hot. Add worcestershire sauce to butter and oil in the pan, then add lemon juice and warm through. Add onion and parsley and cook slowly for 1 1/2 minutes. Spoon sauce over steaks and serve immediately.

Okay, this is the recipe for the marinade mix.

1. Take garlic as much as you like, but i'll suggest about 2 cloves per steak.
2. Chop it up, add salt and sprinkle cinamon powder
3. Add a teaspoon of pepper for 2 steaks.
4. Add a dash of brown sugar
5. Add a table spoon of yogurt per steak
6. Add meat tenderizer
7. Add some ginger paste and bbq sauce
8. Add chilli powder if you like spicy
9. Marinade in a plastic baggie for about 2 hours.
10. Grill/BBQ whichever you like, but try to cook it slow in a low heat.

Serve with mashed potatoes with a cream of mushrooom gravy.
