You can eat the skin if you want, most people dont, but the skin does have a good flavor to it.............try mango with that mexican candy chile and lime/lemon and youll love it the flavor combo is EXCELLENT! One more thing, if youre making a type of salsa or something DONT put the skin in then, but if youre just snacking on them them go for the skin if you like =)

Slice the mango length ways close to the seed. Now cut that slice half way lengthwise. Now simply peel the skin back on either side of the slice with your fingers and teeth as you eat the pulp. Now repeat the process with the other side of the mango.

Now you are left with a mango with the two sides cut and eaten. Now simply peel the skin from around the mango and eat around the seed. Not quite as simple as eating an apple but worth the effort.

no you don't,you cut it off

Generally no - I like to cut off a half lengthwise -and then cut into the pulpdown to theskin in a checkerboard fashion. Then you can flip it inside out and just eat the pulp down to the skin - it is hard to explain in words.

no, you need to cut off the skin, then you can eat it

never

No.

No dont eat the skin, I dont how you would be able to swallow it. But also it may have pesticides on the skin.

No, just the meat of the mango. <*-*>
