I just make it. To make sushi...

1 cup sticky rice
3 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar

Cook the rice and mix the other ingreditants in a dish. spoon some of this mix over the rice when it's cooked and set some aside

lay a sheet of nori (the seaweed) down and put enough of the mix down to moisen the nori. place a few spoonfuls of rice and flatten with your hands, leaving one inch without rice on the far edge. on the inside edge lay eggs, tofu, veggies or whatever in rows. now roll and slice. Yum. Sounds hard but it's really not.

I make my own vegetarian sushi. Its super easy to make. Just make rice seasoned with sushi vinegar, roll it up in a nori sheet with cucumber, radish, celery, or whatever veggies you like, and slice it. You could also request your local market to stock it.

try california roll, it's carrot, imitation crab, cucumber and cilantro in a rice roll wrapped w/green kelp, Maybe you should get like a hot dog cart and make it at home, and sell it for the equivalent on half a US dollar per piece for about a week, then once the coffee shops see you making money at it, they will buy a piece and decipher it and steal your business, so you wont have to stand in the fog.

I believe the imitation crab is made from fish... it's not vegetarian if you are looking for strictly vegetarian California roll.

Imitation crab is Pollock a type of Fish.

My Tesco has vegetarian sushi.
