Answers:
a great recipe I like is pineapple chicken !!!
just rinse chicken and cut up in pieces stir-fry it in your wok on medium heat in a can of pineapple chunks a little teriyaki sauce or soy sauce, add onions if you like or vegetables, like snow peas and carrots that are sliced length wise like match sticks. make sure you use the juice in the can, get the pineapple in juice . then serve over rice . I top mine with shredded coconut. its Delicious.

Dip the breast in a mixture of milk with a little mustard mixed in it , coat with bread crumbs. Instead of milk and mustard, you can also try ranch dressing. Simple, delicious.

Chicken Tacos.
4-6 chicken breasts
Flour Tortillas
Shredded Mexican, cheddar and ? cheeses
1 jar of Enchilada sauce
Boil your chicken in a combination of water, garlic and cillantro.
After it is done, pull chicken out to cool.
Preheat oven to 350
Cut up chicken in bite size pieces.
Dunk your tortilla into the water-broth mixture for a second
Take out and place a row of chicken in the middle.
Sprinkle with cheese and a little of the enchilada sauce.
repeat until casserole dish is full.
spread more enchilada sauce onto the rolled tacos
sprinkle the rest of your cheese.
Bake off for about 25 minutes.

Coat the breast with a mixture of bread crumbs and dried ranch dip powder (hidden valley ranch dip packet). Use maybe 2 cups bread crumbs to 1/2 packet ranch dip seasoning. Cook on stove with a couple tablespoons vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Simple and delicious!

I found the recipe for this marinade for chicken in a magazine. It has a great tangy flavor and is so easy.

1/2 cup of bbq sauce of your choice
1/2 cup of lime juice or lemon will work
1 pkg. of taco seasoning mix

Use equal amounts of each if more mainade is needed for more chicken. The amounts I posted is for four medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
Mix all together and pour into zip lock baggie, add boneless chicken breasts and leave in the sauce for a few hours and grill. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts take about 15 minutes on a hot grill.

You can find recipes for a few different chicken dishes at my site, all are easy, family-friendly and very good. Here are a few titles of recipes you can find there:

BARBECUED CHICKEN BREAST

Start with barbecue sauce, the main ingredient. Add salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, and a small amount of Worcestershire Sauce. Finally, add a bit of mild olive oil (or vegetable oil), which will help keep the chicken moist when grilling. You can also add Old Bay seasoning to this marinade.

When grilling, brush the breasts with barbecue sauce just before they are done (NEVER use leftover marinade!).

SOUTHWEST CHICKEN BREAST

Combine Mexican or Southwest seasoning with equal parts oil and water. Add some salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder as well.

BLACKENED CHICKEN BREAST

Combine Cajun seasoning with oil to form a light paste. Add some salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. The chicken should be coated with the paste when grilling.

TERIYAKI CHICKEN BREAST

Combine equal parts teriyaki sauce and water. Then add a lesser amount of olive oil.

LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN BREAST

Combine lemon juice and olive oil (about one lemon per half cup of oil). Add black pepper, preferably freshly ground.

BUFFALO CHICKEN BREAST

Marinate chicken breasts in buffalo wing sauce. Serve with bleu cheese.

ITALIAN CHICKEN BREAST

Simply marinate your chicken breasts in Italian salad dressing.

JERK CHICKEN BREAST

Buy jerk marinade. Simply marinate the breasts and grill.

"NUDE" CHICKEN BREAST

For chicken breasts straight-up, don't use a marinade. Simply grill them, sprinkling salt, pepper, and garlic while cooking. Just before they are done, brush with barbecue sauce if desired.
