I didn't find anything about Clamato specifically, but this excerpt from an article might help:

Ketchup, mustard and mayo: How long to keep them in your fridge

BY ERICA MARCUS

Q:How long will condiments last in the refrigerator?

A:I searched the Web -- from the Food and Drug Administration and the United States Department of Agriculture to various agricultural "cooperative extensions" to the manufacturers themselves -- to determine what are the shelf lives of ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise.

All three products have high acid contents, and it is their acidity that keeps bacterial growth at bay. (This is why vinegar virtually never goes bad.)

Heinz recommends that you use its ketchup within 15 months of its manufacture, regardless of where you store it. To determine when it was made, decode the product code on the package. For example, in FR6B08, "FR" refers to the production location, "6" represents the year of production (i.e. 2006), "B" represents the month produced (February) and "08" represents the day of the month.

The customer service representative at Heinz said that "there is nothing in ketchup to go bad," but that after a while, the color can darken and the flavors can diminish. *******

Similarly, I think Clamato would also last a long time in the fridge, and is certainly safe to eat after just 1 week.

It has a substance known as malonic acid in it. When opened it is exposed to air, it is a slow reaction, but a bitter falvor is produced. In the fridge, the reaction is slowed. Usually, it will only stop the reaction until 2 months, then it gets a little bad. Hope this helps.

it has the same shelf life as tomato juice, if properly refrigerated and sealed it should last 2-3 weeks.
