It is GREEN for sure, juicer and crisper to me, bite in to it and add a touch of salt on the next bite,YYYUUUMMMMM..Like eating and half ripe plum,it can't get no better..My mouth is watering now for one.......DARN you.........

I like green apples better. They are jucier. You should try this. I like to cut green apples up and put cool whip on it. It is really good but not on red apples. Dont hate it till you've tryed it. =)
