They are just like pasta...just boil until they soft. I usually like to pour hot meat sauce over them and freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Boil like pasta and when they float they are done serve with fav. spagetti sauce or alfredo sauce and a nice crusty bread and salad and you have a great meal
Add a garlic, parmesan cheese sauce and serve with pan seared scallops, or chicken! Yum!

I cook them as insturcted on bag, and serve with sliced, cooked ( in small amount of olice oil) with a bit of bacon, if you have it.
