What should a souffle taste like?
I tried making a blue cheese souffle that I saw on the Food Network, but it ended up tasting like scrambled eggs. I don't think that's right! I'm just wondering what it is supposed to taste like.

I think the best souffles to make are sweet dessert types....I've made a banana souffle several times that's a nice dessert with chocolate sauce. They should end up light and fluffy, so be very careful on the measurements and not beating the egg too much. I tried scooping the mixure into 3 ramekins instead of 4 and they didn't rise enough.
