Answers:
Here's a sure crowd pleaser

1 lb ground beef
1 can kidney beans
1 8 oz bottle Catalina dressing
1 pkg taco mix

Brown ground beef, drain. Add kidneys beans(undrained) taco mix and dressing. Stir until just heated.

In a VERY LARGE bowl mix:

1 head iceberg lettuce (torn in bite size pieces)
1 bag Corn Tortilla chips, crushed
1 or 2 lbs shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 can black olives

Just before serving add meat mixture and stir. Serve raw onion, diced tomatoe, sour cream, guac and salsa on the side so people can add their own.

mmm, mmmm good!

The way my mother in law always makes it is to brown your ground beef and add taco seasoning just as if you are making tacos. She crunches up Nacho Cheese Doritos, or any flavor you think you would like, and adds in the taco meat, shredded lettuce, diced tomato's, chopped green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese. Wait until you are ready to eat to add the Catalina dressing. Just add to taste, I like almost a whole bottle, but it is personal preference.

FRITO-BEAN SALAD
1 pkg. reg. Fritos
1 can Ranch style beans
1 tomato
1 onion sweet (1020 or purple onion)
4 to 6 oz. cheddar cheese
1 small can of sliced olives, drained
1 bag of prepared lettuce of choice, Chopped into bite size
1 bottle Catalina salad dressing
In large bowl, add chopped tomato, onion and bell pepper. Drain and rinse ranch style beans. Add all ingredients. Before serving, add Fritos and Catalina salad dressing.

I make it the same way ngj1225 suggested..
