The george forman grill is the way to go if you have one. Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning, coat in bread crumbs, and throw it on. It comes out great!!
grill it! that's what we usually do and it always turns out perfect.
i dont like fish but i found you a recipe.
Hawaiian Fish with Pineapple
INGREDIENTS
2 (4 ounce) mahi mahi fillets
2 cups lemon juice
dried thyme to taste
dried basil to taste
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking pan with aluminum foil.
Arrange the mahi mahi fillets in the prepared baking pan. Pour lemon juice over the fillets, and sprinkle with thyme and basil. Top each fillet with pineapple. Pour milk into the pan, not directly on the fish.
Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Well... you get a frying pan right. Then you put butter on top of it so it acts as a greasy substance. Than place the tuna, mahi mahi etc in the frying pan. Turn the stove on medium so they don't burn.
Oh kay using this information I have just given you , you can continue your cooking of your fish with the skills and talents you already possess.
Do some flips with the fish on the frying pan if someone comes into the room, you can show off.
grill works but you should use oil to cover the outside of it.
You can use lemon juice and put the fish in a foil wrap, that works fine. Butter is a great fish cooking alternative to oil.

Cooking fish without any oil is 'really easy' ... because most fish is 'oily' enough on it's own. My husband is a chef, and he usually 'bakes or broils' the fish, sometimes with 'breading and seasoning' and sometimes with just seasoning, and sometimes 'plain' ... or he'll cook it in a 'frying pan' with a little bit of 'water, wine, or fruit juice' (it's called 'poaching' no matter what the liquid is) and I LOVE BOTH WAYS ... but PLEASE, do not eat any fish that is on the AVIOD list of the Montery Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch list ... the fish that are on that are either 'not as good for you' (some contain mercury) or are not caught using 'the best methods' ... and ALWAYS be sure that if you like your fish done 'rare' (or raw) to eat it only when it's 'fresh' (NOT PREVIOUSLY FROZEN) because anything that has been 'previously frozen' won't taste nearly as 'good' and won't be nearly as good for you as the fresh fish.
Oven bake your fish @ 350F or 180C for about 20 minutes.
Use baking paper to make individual servings. Place the fish (I'm guessing a fillet or steak) on the paper, add some fresh grated ginger & sliced garlic, thin slices of capsicum and thinly sliced spring onion also. Sprinkle with some Asian Fish sauce over the top and fold up so the juices don't leak out during cooking.
This recipe is light on calories and very yummy. Works well with any fish. For stronger tasting fish like the tuna add more ginger and garlic
