Easy as 1..2..3 Turkey Roast

I Jennie O Turkey Roast with gravy in Roasting Pan (white-dark meat combo) (comes in a 32 oz box)
2 cans of french style green beans
3 cans of whole potatoes (one can drained)
1. Take turkey roast out of aluminum pan and place in crock pot.
2. Place green beans and potatoes around roast.
3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Slice turkey roast and serve with biscuits.
* Sometimes I add a bag or two of sucess rice and a cup of water instead of potatoes.

this is so yummy.

You can choose any recipe you like. Bon appetite! Bye.

Sure this is my mom's broccoli potato cheese soup recipe and I still love it:

- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 small can of chicken stock
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 4 cups of water
- 1 brick of velveta cheese
- 2 large baking potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 package of frozen broccoli

Peel and chop potato, brunoise the onion, and everybody into the pool. You might want to dissolve the bouillon cubes before you add them in--and yes I've never been sure why she adds both bouillon AND stock, but I don't question perfection :)

Cook on high until vegetables are soft and ready to eat.

just google it. there are ton of crockpot recipes on the internet.

Slow Cooker Chili

2 pounds ground beef
2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 medium onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Shredded Cheddar cheese

In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a slow cooker. Add the next nine ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours. Garnish individual servings with cheese if desired.

YES This is so YUMMY!!!!!

Creamy Italian Chicken

2pounds boneless, skinless breast cut into bite size pieces (it's easier to cut when it is slightly frozen and I use scissors)
1/2 stick butter
4-oz. cream cheese
1 can (4.5-oz) chopped green chilies
1 package Italian salad dressing mix
1 can golden mushroom shoup (cream of mushroom is good but golden mushroom is better)
1/2 cup water

Place chicken( I season the chicken) in crock pot
Combine all ingredients except water
Spoon mixture over chicken
Pour water over top. Do not stir. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve over rice, egg, or fettucine noodles. ( I personally LOVE it with the fettucine noodles-pretty color and really tasty)

I have books of them, the possibilities are endless.
Use anything you like, which is currently available.
I usually start with a cup of broth or a boullion cube.
The general rule is root vegetables first: potato, turnip, carrots.
Dried beans may need pre-soaking.
You can use any kind of meat, cut up, browned if desired.
Then flavourings like: celery, onions, garlic, bay leaves, etc.
Tomatoes & peppers need very little cooking,
similarly add peas, green beans, corn, last 10 minutes.

I've submitted this recipe before on here and have always gotten positive feedback. It is called a Coke roast. Take an English roast and heavily salt and pepper all of the roast. Place into a large bowl and pour an entire 2 liter bottle of Coke on it and refrigerate overnight. The next day, take out of pop and place in crock pot and cover with beef broth. Cook on high for 3 hours, then low for minimum of 3 hours but up to 6 hours, the longer the better. The meat just falls apart. Please try it and let me know what you think!

Sweet and Sour Ribs

3-4lbs country style ribs

20oz can undrained pineapple chunks
2-8oz cans tomato sauce
12oz tomato paste
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup onion (optional, I didn't use it)
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons worchestire sauce

Put ribs in slow cooker, no need to brown first, just take them out of the package and put them in the cooker
Combine all other ingredients in a bowl, mix, and pour over ribs.
Cook on low 9-11 hours.
Delicious and so tender we used a plastic fork and didn't need a knife or anything!! The meat just fell off the bones.

Really good with corn & beans.

I like to make italian crockpot stew. Its a family favorite and i dont have an exact recipe since we cook according to how we feel, but here it is. Adjust until you make it your own!

3lbs stew beef, chunks
2lbs italian sausage links, mild or hot
3 bay leaves
4 lg canned tomatoes, diced
2 green peppers diced or chunked
2 onions, cut into square pieces
bag of carrots, sliced
potatoes, chunked
3 stalks celery, chunked and save a few leaves, chopped fine
beef bouillon, to taste
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
water
browning (liquid to make color and add flavor) in spice isle usually

brown beef and sausage, drain
add the rest of the ingredients and water to cover
cook on med or low, until veggies are tender (i usually let cook on low all day and its ready when you get home)

Serve rolls or cornbread to complete the meal!! ENJOY!!

Makes a lg family size pot, or adjust the size to suit you.

Here is a couple we use
Skinless boneless chicken and 3-4 cans of cream of chicken soup, a little pepper, poultry seasoning touch of Italian and let simmer, make some rice on the side
Take a roast, or better yet a London broil cut into large chunks, put in one can of Aue Jux ( wrong spelling) and 3 cans of beef gravy let simmer. Boiled chunks of potatoe to go with it
In both cases do not put the side in with it they will take all the gravy.
Chili also is great in the crokpot the long simmering really puts the flavor into it
