What is a naturally fermented beverage?

Couldn't find anything and want to know what it is.


Answers:
This usually refers to home-brewed beer!
The commercial stuff is sped up by injecting CO2.
That gives it fizz, but doesn't develop the flavour.
Apple juice
Wine! yum yum
