Boiled squash?!

Question:

Boiled squash?

I need a quick and easy way to boil this stuff, what should i put in it?

Answers:
Boiling takes the flavor completely out of squash. You want something easy, quick, full of flavor and good for you try this. Take a squash and slice it up however you want. Throw it in a large ziploc bag, add olive oil, kosher salt and pepper. Seal, shake and pour out onto a foil lined baking sheet. Roast in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Enjoy.

onion, touch of salt, pepper, and sugar

I like to fry mine with some balsamic vinegar...or e.v.o.o....good both ways...be careful not to over cook it.

onion pepper and very little salt

Mash it with some butter and freshly grated nutmeg
