Does wine cause diahrrea?!

Question:

Does wine cause diahrrea?

You always see people in movies and commercial etc. drinking 4 or 5 glasses of wine. But in reality, wouldn't this cause diahrrea? I mean, think about it--it's like drinking grape juice with alcohol in it! And if I have 2 glasses of wine, I have diahrrea the next day.

Answers:
It causes diarrhea of the mouth after 4 or 5 glasses.

I never heard of it causing diahrrea but it will give a girl one hell of a yeast infection over time. Good luck

Hmmm...I don't know about this. I'm a winemaker by trade and I regularly drink a couple or more glasses of wine, and I've never made the correllation between wine and bowel movements. Are you talking specifically about white or red wines? Wine is a LOT different than grape juice, chemically and physiologically, but it could be that you're having a unique reaction. You've intrigued me now, though...I'm going to have to poll my coworkers and other industry friends and see if anyone's ever heard anything about the connection you've found.

I have been drinking about a case of beer for years, My normal movement is broth i have not pooped solid in years.
