THIS is the all time best sauce for onion rings!!!
BLOOMIN ONION-TYPE SAUCE
1/2 cup smoked flavor barbecue sauce
1 cup Ranch dressing
1-2 teaspoons horseradish sauce
Combine ingredients. More or less of each ingredient may be added, depending upon your taste.
Use as a vegetable dip or as a side for deep-fried foods.

How about some good ole ranch??
barbecue mixed with a1 steak sauce
3/4 C Water
1/4C Soy Sauce
1/4 C Mirin Sake or Sherry
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from stove and pour into dipping bowls.
Great with Beer battered or Tempura style onion rings. My husband always has me make this for the superbowl.

All those are good suggestions. You can also try Ranch dressing. It is usually ready-made and easy to serve.
I like good ol' fashioned ketchup with onion rings. If you want to try a barbecue sauce, use "Sweet Baby Ray's" it is the ABSOLUTE best! Honey Mustard and Ranch are good sauces too.

2TBS Paul Prudomes blacken seasoning
1 tsp lemon juice
mix well, let stand 1-2 hrs. enjoy
