Tillamook cheddar is great as well as Bandon, Both are Oregon brands.
I really like the mixes, like Colby/Jack. Another good one is Müenster cheese, very mild and soft. Parmesean cheese is also execellent, and great to bake with.

I only like, Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese. Oh yeah and the cheese in a Can, it goes good with those Club Crackers.
Widmers Brick, Hot Pepper Monterrey Jack, Colby, Munster, Aged Brick, Mozzarella, Cheddar,Havarti, Fresh Parmesan, Co-Jack the list goes on and ON....can't live without it!
