Answers:

Green Tea Cookies

3/4 cup and 2 Tbsp butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 large egg, beaten
1 Tbsp matcha green tea powder
2 1/2 cup flour

Cream butter in a large bowl. Add sugar and mix well. Next, add egg and mix well. Sift flour and green tea powder together. Add it in the dough and mix lightly. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 340 degrees F. Roll the dough on floured board into 1/4 inch thick and cut out cookies. Place a cooking sheet in a baking pan and place cookies on the sheet. Bake cookies in the oven for about 15 minutes.

You can make Onigiri
= Rice balls
Prepare some Japanese rice, and when it's warm (not hot but not cold either), you take a handfull of rice, your choice of garnish (it can be cooked veggies, salmon, tuna ...) and you form a ball
Now, in Japan, they sometimes use mold to make the Onigiri into shapes (flowers, cute bears, Hello Kitty, ...) but a simple rice-ball will do too, especially if you add some sesame on top

make edemame, it's basically just a soybean. It's healthy, yummy, and easy to make!
just buy a bag at the store, boil it, and add a little salt.

SUSHI IS F*KCING DELICIOUS

kobe or wagyu beef sashimi with ponzu, shoyu & wasabi??!!!

what about edemame? easy, cheap, yummy snack.

stir fry
