How should i prepare my frozen veggies?

Answers:
Here's a couple of suggestions to give variety to the veggies.

Mixed vegetables and onion cream sauce
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. cold milk, or half and half
onion salt
pepper
1 (16oz) pkg. mixed veggies, cooked (boil according to pkg directions)
Melt the butter in a small, heavy, sauce pan. Stir in flour.
Blend well over low heat. Stir in cold milk or half & half.
Bring slowly to a boiling point. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Season to taste with onion salt and pepper.
Pour over the mixed veggies.

Shepherd's Veggies
1 (16oz) mixed veggies, cooked (boil) and drained
1 can cream of celery
1/2 soup can of milk, or half and half
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Mixed all the ingredients together.
Place in casserole dish that has been sprayed
with a non stick spray.
Bake at 350' for 30 minutes.
Or instead of mixing the cheese with the other ingredients, you can put the cheese on top of the veggies and then bake for 30 minutes.

in the microwave that would be best

boil them wit butter

Stick them in a pan off boiling water add alittle salt. Place the top on the pan and allow to cook and simmer. Add butter after. Alternativly if you have a steamer you can steam them.

either boil them in the water or bake them with some salt and pepper.. :)

What type of veggies?
If its beans and peas then boil them and serve with butter and little pepper
If they are whole baby carrots or potato halves you might want to par boil them and the dry them off and roast them in the oven with the chicken

I take my frozen veggies & thaw in the sink in the colander. Once thawed, lay in center of large piece of foil, then sprinkle with garlic salt, onion powder, fresh ground pepper & a little butter......seal foil into pouch, then bake with the chicken.......yummy!!

Season with olive oil and seasoning and roast them in a 400 degree oven for 5-10 minutes or until golden in color.
