all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Answers:
Steam them.

freez them

steam them. tastes better than boiling them!

Prepare them how? Sautee them with some alfredo sauce

saute in garlic and olive oil, and finish with a wee bit of sea salt

Put them in the microwave, it is better it will hold more the vitamins, and minerals. You need. Add, a little seasoning, onions, garlic and green or red peppers. It will be delicious. Or, you could simply stream your veggies, even better for you.

I like to steam them - put a little water in the bottom of a saucepan, put in the veggies. Cover. Cook until done - I poke them with a fork after 5 minutes or so to see how they are.

micro

defreeze them

Well however you'd like to prepare them, be sure to defrost them first. Otherwise, you'll get a broken tooth or two.

Put them in boiling water & cook till soft.

boiled

Maybe for something a little different, defrost them and throw them on the grill (:

stir fry avec [with] tofu!

Many ways are available, consider these.

1. Stir fry in olive oil with oy sauce and salt and pepper
2. Boil them, add some mustrd and light mayo and top them on a bread or pasta or rice
3. Steamed veggies with tortila and salsa
4. Steamed veggie with dips (thousand island, ranch, ceaser)
5. Vegetable curry, prepare a curry sauce by heating up onions, garlics, ginger and cilantro and add the vegetable to it. Add some yogurt while cooking and also add some salt and hot sauce.

Cook according to package directions. One minute before the time is up, drain them and throw them into a frying pan with 1) some salt and a tablespoon of maple syrup. 2)soysauce, ginger and 2 teaspoons of sugar or 3) 1/3 cup of apricot preserves. Cook on medium high, and keep stirring until the stuff you put in forms a glaze and starts to brown or burn.

The very best way is also the easiest way.
First you need one of those rice cookers- that is a plastic pot which is a microwavable plastic which has a simple top with a 1/4" round hole on this cover. ( this hole is what lets out the steam at the proper rate.)

Simply pour the frozen veggies from the original container directly into the pot put the lid on and microwave for 4 to 5 minutes which means you cook them in steam.

Leave them alone fix the rest of your dinner and they will be perfectly cooked in their own steam with no water left over. This pot also keeps the veggies hot many minutes after you remove from the microwave if you leave the top on.
This pot can be cleaned with a cold water wash.
