You could make up the cake, freeze it, soften the ice cream, mix in chopped oreos, and spread on the frozen cake and freeze the whole thing.
Or, melt a stick of butter, mix with the cake mix. Press into a pan, bake at 350o until set. Cool. Spread on softened ice cream, top with oreos, freeze.
Loosely crush the oreos and add to the cake batter. Bake the cake and eat it with the ice cream
You could crush the oreos really fine and add some melted butter. Press them into a pie pan to make a crust. Then soften the ice cream a little bit so its easy to scoop out. fill the crust with the ice cream for a pie.
mix them and bake it.. probably it will turn out a delicious cake :)
You can make an oreo milk shake using the ice cream and the oreos, and then bake the marbel cake by itself.

Preparation:
1. bake the marble cake mix. (to be cut into 2 pieces for sandwiching)
2. break the areos into smaller pieces and mix it into the ice cream before sandwich them between the 2 piece cake.
3. When the baked cake is cooled then cut cake into 2 pieces make it 2 round piece so that you can sandwich the ice cream mixed with oreos. Put Sandwiched Ice cream cake in the freezer 1hour before serving.
