Ham 'N Cheese Omelet

2 eggs

2 Tbsp. milk

4 slices OSCAR MAYER Shaved Smoked Ham, chopped

1 tsp. thin green onion slices

dash pepper

1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese

BEAT eggs and milk in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add ham, onion and pepper; mix well.

SPRAY 8-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture into skillet; cover. Cook on medium-high heat 6 minutes or until egg mixture is set but top is still moist.

SPRINKLE cheese evenly onto half of omelet. Using spatula, fold egg mixture over filling; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 1 minute. Cut in half to serve.

add.....

Diced Ham & Cheese to egg mix

add....

a lil'bit of Milk to all

Make omelette / scrambled eggs like usual

grate cheese, chop ham and mix to egg with little milk and seasoning, cook slowly and hey presto. Good luck

well what I do is take a small skillet and melt about a tablespoon of butter on about med-low heat, while thats melting scamble about 2 or 3 eggs.

When the butter is melted add the eggs to the pan let cook until the bottom is solid and most of the egg is cooked. about 4-5 minutes.

Then add your diced ham and cheese flip in half with a spatula and let cook another 2-3 minutes and then put on a plate and enjoy!!!

I like mine with a bit of salsa on it, yummy!!

Get an omelet pan...I got one and it's actually pretty handy...you poor part of your egg mixture in both sides, let both sides cook a bit and then put all your toppings on them and snap them together and you got the perfect omelet.

Use water instead of Milk. Trust me, It comes out better.

Making an omlet is really easy- All you need is a mixing bowl, a pan, vegetable oil, two eggs, cheese (cheddar or american), and ham.

First, pre heat the pan by putting some oil in it on medium heat. Then, while the pan is getting hot, crack the two eggs into a bowl and add a dab of milk or water. Whisk the eggs and then pour the liquid into the pan (make sure it covers the whole pan). Next, once the eggs are about halfway done, put the ham and cheese on only half of it. Let the egg finish cooking and then carefully flip the omlet in half. Enjoy!

cut ham into strips or chopp into small bites. Put into skillet with about 1 tablespoon of oil or butter cook on low heat until ham is heated through. Remove from pan into bowl. In seperate bowl crack 3 eggs and scramble with a fork add 2 tablespoon of milk or water. pour into warm pan cooking over low heat as the eggs cook push cooked portion into center and let uncooked egg spill out to bottom of the pan so they will cook when eggs are mostly done put ham and acheese on one side of eggs and fold other side over ham and cheese. Remove from pan and enjoy. Easier version is to scramble ham and eggs together in pan and when done add cheese on top. Taste the same but not as pretty.

Grate up cheese about 2 ozs.Chop up ham about 2 ozs.The actual amount you use is really your own preference in taste.Just remember if you use too much cheese it will melt all over the place.Whisk up 2 eggs.Pour cooking fat into frying pan just enough to cover bottom of pan place on a medium heat. When you see oil start to smoke reduce heat & pour in batter.Make sure batter covers all the base of pan.Tilt pan from side to side CAREFULLY so batter starts to cook.put grated cheese across half of batter & then scatter ham on top of cheese.Try lifting batter up on one side & you can see if its cooked. If it is flip the batter over the other half & leave in pan for about a minute.Use a fish slice to lift it out on to plate.Thats it.Enjoy!
