What is the best chocolate bar?!

Question:

What is the best chocolate bar?

I've heard some say US brands but also heard asian brands, but also know of some european. what do you think?

Answers:
belgian chocolates is the best. favs are the neuhaus'-fondant chocolate liqueur pralines and gartner's-creams and truffles. if only i have the money to have that all of the time. i would go without any chocolate for a few months just to save up to order one of them.

I have yet to find any chocolate that I enjoy more then a good Godiva chocolate. Sadly, that stuff is kinda pricey.

peanut slabs and milky bars

I've tried almost every chocolate bar around but nothing beats hershey's

Godiva is good if your not on a budget. Dove is a nice choice if your looking for something more affordable.

Dove is really good! Especially dark chocolate! Yum. And it's cheaper.

Personally I don't like hersheys that much but the dark chocolate is okay.

Endangered Species brand!! Unlike other candy bars this brand does not use bleached white sugar and is good for the environment. They come in 70% dark and one is even 88%. And the milk chocolates are to die for. There is many delicious flavors.
