Can you make a quick and healthy falafal without oil?!

Question:

Can you make a quick and healthy falafal without oil?

I love the stuff, and actually enjoy the quick-fix mixes, but frying seems to discount the health benefits, any ideas?

Answers:
Baked Falafel

1 15-19 oz can chickpeas, drained
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
salt and pepper
Pam non-stick spray
PREPARATION:
Spray shallow baking dish Pam. Preheat oven to 350.

While oven is preheating, mash chickpeas with mortar and pestle or in food processor. Add onions and garlic and blend.

Add remaining ingredients to make a thick paste-like consistency.

You can cook anything without oil if you use the right cookware. Even fried chicken that will taste heavenly.
If interested, ask me how.

i agree with ''gigi'' with right cookware like those anti stick pan you can cook anything without oil or just a little bit of oil.
