Freezing cooked ribs?!

Question:

Freezing cooked ribs?

Can I freeze ribs for a few days after I cook them. I have to cook 25 racks of ribs and can't do all of them in one day, will freezing the ribs turn them to mush, or will they be OK? Any other possibilities to preserve these ribs?

Answers:
They will be fine frozen. Just wrap them up really well. Happy eating!

Yes - we do that all the time. My husband loves to smoke meat. We wrap ours really well in saran wrap, and then put in a ziplock bag. Just take out of freezer and put in fridge a few days before you need them so they can thaw. To reheat we throw then on a piece of foil on the grill for 10-15 minutes.

you are fine freezing ribs OK.

my family comes from Gonzales TX there they use no sauce ohhhhhhh!!! SO good . I'm a sauce guy northerner but omg a guy said try this ( it was a brisket w/ no sauce omg it was a taste i will never forget Kansas and Tenn also serve "dry ribs " boy i would love to learn how to make em god less.

They will be fine. I have frozen them many times. Make sure they are airtight.
