I bought mine at Walgreens for $55.00. To tell you the truth, I was very excited to get it and I had visions of preparing my own salsas, sauces, cheese blends, etc. I've used it twice - once to try to make tuna salad for sandwiches - which it turned into the consistency of pate', and once to make salsa - which it liquified. It has sat on a shelf in my cupboard ever since. I was really disappointed in the purchase, but then again, I also own a ronco food dehydrator and a scunci steamer which have also been collecting copious amounts of dust. Hope you have better luck than I.
