whats that japanese sauce that looks like bbq sauce called?!
And if u know the answer, tell me what are the ingredients and is fatty?
Answers:
it's either Teriyaki or Tonkatsu Sauce (yeah, that's the name).
Tonkatsu is sold concentrated to a very thick syrup in plastic bottles, and often served with breaded, deep fried cuts of meat, mostly pork. The dish Tonkatsu is the japanese equivalent of the italian Milanese. It's served with shredded cabbage and cherry tomatoes and a healthy dose of sauce. You can make your own Tonkatsu sauce by mixing 1 cup of good ketchup with 3 or 4 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce.
It is called Tonkatsu sauce and is readily available at Asian Supermarkets. To make your own Tonkatsu sauce use a combination of ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, dark soy sauce and mustard.

There are two common sauces that you can get in the supermarket. Teriyaki and Yakitori. There really isn't an english name for them. They are not fatty.
You will find the ingredients if you google them. And they taste great!!!!
Enjoy!
Sorry DZRTJUL, hoisin is chinese.
AHA! Tonkatsu (deep fried pork cutlets)
There is a tonkatsu sauce, but it will probably be a bit more difficult to find.
You can make a good substitute using worcestershire sauce with a dash of ketchup.
