Is anyone out there allergic to MSG (monosodium glutamate) ?!


Question:

Is anyone out there allergic to MSG (monosodium glutamate) ?

I have an anaphalctic (sp.) reaction to it when I consume it in even small amounts. Eating out is almost non-existent in my life. Do you know of any chain restaurants or fast food places that are safe for me ? I have checked online at all of the local fast food chains, looking for ingredient listings.

Almost everyone has a reaction to MSG. Most chinese restaurants don't use it anymore.
