I need a little help!?!
I need a little help!?
I kind of want to lose a little bit of weight about 5-8 pounds at least this summer. I've tried eating less snacks because when I'm bored I eat a little snack. I'm not fat but I still want to. Please help!

When you have a hunger craving, just get a piece of fruit instead of all they junky stuff...Cut down on potato chips and try eating dried banana chips! Stop eating icecream and try eating apple sauce! Dont eat cookies but eat a pear instead!
Get where im going with this?
just dont eat junk and you should be fine!
Plus, with plenty of excercise, you will lose weight. Try doing sit ups and jogging. Maybe even take a walk on the tretmill!
Also, Maybe you could go to Balley total fitness or something!
have u tried doing exersize?
OK. simply drink lots more water and small portions made the day before and eat small pieces for 5 or 6 times a day.
You should exercise, eating less is not the only way 2 loose some weight
consider omitting the most fattening food there is: dairy. check notmilk.com for info on this.
i think summer is the best time to exercise because you can do anything, go swim, go hiking, or even work out outside in the backyard. oh yeah and drink Minute Maid Light. Those things are amazing. 5 calories in a can, how do they do it??
Or you could get a hot personal trainer. I'm sure HE'LL know how to motivate you ;)
Drink lots of water! It's working for me! Oh, and do some walking, too. I keep a bottle of water near my computer at all times so that I have that to reach for instead of something unhealthy.
Try eating a HEALTHY snack every 3 hours so you don't quit snacks and then gorge yourself at lunch and dinner. That what my cousin did and she lost some weight in the summer. She was trying to do the same thing as you. =]
exercise would work. the most successful weight lose exercise is sprinting. no not running or jogging for an hour. sprinting for 10min. - 15min. while taking a 30sec. break inbetween sprints of 3 reps. and resting for 1min. inbetween sets. = )
