excluding meat and hard boiled eggs omelettes, sunnyside ups and scrambled eggs.

all i can think of is oatmeal!

Answers:
Anytime you add whole grains to a meal, you'll have all of the above. Try using 100% whole wheat bread for toast or french toast. Go to your local Fresh Foods Market (not sure where you're from but in the Midwest, Dominick's grocery stores have a good section) & take a look at the different types of cereals available...hot or cold. Even many cold cereals w/ milk will have what you're looking for, like Shredded Wheat, Fruit & Fiber, & raisin bran.

oatmeal is it or wheat bran cereal with low fat milk, or cream of wheat is a old favorite for some folks.you can also put bran in you oatmeal to increase the fiber content, taste good too

French toast made w/ whole wheat bread. Breakfast to go by Carnation, cheese on whole wheat toast, a smoothie made with fresh fruit and skim milk, add a sliced banana or strawberries to your cereal, low fat cream cheese with sliced fruit on whole wheat toast, whole grain muffins with fruit. Yogurt, raisins in cereals.
