How do you eat the foods you like but also stay healthy?!

Question:

How do you eat the foods you like but also stay healthy?

say i wanted a peice of cake, how do i stop that craving and eat something thats also good but is a lot healthier than cake.

Answers:
Find alternatives like fruit/vegetable cake options perhaps to wean yourself off cakes if you like cakes

or else eat alot of yoghurt/muesli/wheat bars

Or get into eating alot of fruits.

If you really crave that black forest cake, I guess eat in moderation so like have only 1 slice for a week and eat a healthy diet consisting of alot of fibre, fruit and veg

Everything is good in moderation :)

Like one slice of pizza vs. 6 slices ^~^

Well if you are craving something that you know you shouldn't eat wait. Every craving you have lasts only 18 minutes know that it will pass so just wait. If you are actually hungry try to have healthier options laying around. If I'm ever really craving something sometimes I'll just grab a small bowel and eat some cereal. It usually only ends up being 150 cals and like 3 grams of fat so it doesn’t do much damage, and if it's the right cereal it will have some good nutritional value. Other snacks that are good for muchyness/cravings are pop corn popped on the stove sprinkled with cinnamon, home made trail mix w/ nuts, seeds, raisins, maybe a few chocolate chips or rice crispy squares.

It's all about portion control... and exercise. Then you really don't have to deprive yourself - that's the worst.
