Veggie burger?!

Question:

Veggie burger?

If I fry my veggie burger, like cook it in a pan on the stove will that add calories to it?

Answers:
Depends on the oil you use. If you use a non-stick pan and no oil, it won't add any calories. I like to put just a bit of olive oil in the pan though, for that greasy burger effect lol. Olive oil has lots of healthy fats too.

Not unless you use some sort of fat in the pan. You would have to add something to add calories.

I find that Boca burgers don't need any fat to cook, because they won't stick to teflon. If you feel you need a little, spray a little olive oil on the pan - it won't add enough calories to worry about and olive oil is good for you anyway!

unless you have oil or butter or something else in the pan, stays the same.

no because kooking a burger on a frying pan is the same thing as useing a grill only with asmoother surface

if it's one of those things they call a veggie burger

that comes out of the box it really won't matter how

you cook it' ,you'd be better off eating the box for the fiber.

now if you want a great recipe for a gourmet extra special

burger , give me a jingle . if you come in and look

it will be in my recipe book . the one on the shelf.
