I like the taste. It's especially good when it's hot out and the Mountain Dew is chilled. I don't like beer so Mountain Dew is an alternative.

I used to drink it in place of water. It was the only thing to satisfy my thirst. I realized that we go through fads or kicks. Your taste buds get so used to a drink you don't want anything else.
I switched to Lipton diet green tea. The same is true. Can't get enough.

its the high sugar content.it is the worst thing to drink for your teeth.the combination of sugars and citric acid destroys your teeth.ask any dentist.the best thing is plain water and don't overdo the fluoride cause too much is bad for your teeth and general health.good luck.
I really don't think mountain dew is addictive. The first and last time ever I drank mountain piss as I now call it I was working on pulp fiction. Sam Jackson and I were standing buy a buffet table having some snacks and discussing the film. I had just eaten something extremely salty and needed to quench my thirst and wouldn't you guess it, all they had was mountain piss. I guess Tarantino was obsessed with the stuff, prick. Anyway shortly after spitting a mouth full of that foul beverage all over Sam's shoes I stormed off to my trailer and cleansed my pallet with an extra stiff tom Collins. Needless to say I hate mountain piss.
Don't know. Mountain Dew doesn't have that effect on me. My downfall is Coke. I have to be really careful with Coke, but can drink MD without problems. Go figure!
