Without pulling out a recipe, I understand that people usually boil them or saute them.

It has been quite some time since I have made these, however, I believe the best way to cook these would be to boil them first to thaw, then saute (fry) them in a skillet with some butter until golden. I also threw in some onions and sauted them with the perogies, salt and pepper to taste. I dipped mine in sour cream, some use ketchup. Good luck!

Sauteed in butter until golden brown.

I personally prefer pan fried perogies. Just a little bit of margarin in the pan and brown both sides enough to heat through.

Although if you are serving the perogies with a sauce of some kind, I'd recommend boiling them.

Enjoy.
