How can one add vitamins (a,e,b,c, etc) to a manufactured product (like sugar)?


Answers:
You could powder the vitamins and add them with sugar to cereal or water I suppose. You would want to only crush as much vitamins as you want at a time because otherwise you would not be sure of the dosage you were recieving.
