Does anybody know how long Fruit Roll Ups expire/Go out of Date?

There is a valentines day fruit roll up on the counter and i was pondering whether or not i could eat it?

I believe that because they are basically dehydrated & there are so many preservatives & they are seal-packaged so well, that as long as it's still somewhat soft...it's probably OK!
