This is really good....

HELLA GOOD MO'NIQUE'S MAC AND CHEESE
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 lbs.Macaroni
1/2 Stick of Land O’Lakes Butter
1 jar of Kraft Old English Cheese
1 jar of Cheese Whiz
2 blocks of Extra Sharp Cheese, shredded

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Boil macaroni until tender and then set aside
In a glass baking dish, layer macaroni, then add butter, Old English cheese, Cheese Whiz and Shredded Cheddar evenly across dish
Beat three eggs and 1/2 cup of milk and then spread over
Continue layering to the top of the baking dish with macaroni and cheese
Bake until the top is golden brown

I make a mixture of sharp cheddar cheese, velveeta (makes it creamier), parmesan (the kind in a jar, not fresh!) and monterey jack cheese. Equal parts of the cheddar, jack, and velveeta, like one cup each, and a half cup of the parmesan.

Cook the macaroni and drain it. Add some butter to it and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Then stir in the cheese mixture and pour it all into a casserole pan. Cover with grated cheddar. Bake for 20 minutes.

NANA'S TOMATO & CHEESE MACARONI

2 cups macaroni
1 quarts tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp celery seed
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Cook and drain macaroni according to package directions. Spoon 1/3 of can of tomatoes into a well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix the remaining tomatoes with spices. Stir in the macaroni, combine well, and pour into an oven-proof casserole dish. Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

***OPTIONAL*** stir in 1/2 c cheese with tomatoes & spices for extra cheesy mac.

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 egg

Prepare macaroni as directed on box. Do not overcook. Drain macaroni and put back into pot it was boiled in (saves on cleanup!)
Add all ingredients EXCEPT MILK. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Add enough milk to cover mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 400 for 45 mins or until bubbly.

Cook and drain macaroni. Add mayonnaise, pimento, onion, green pepper, soup and cheese. Mix all together. Sprinkle Ritz cracker crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

your own favouite choice of pasta, I like, penne or corkscrew,
Use lots of different kinds of cheese.
chedder
parmesean
brie
Salt and Pepper
onion powder
milk or cream about 1/4 cup
butter or olive oil about 2 tbsp.
Most of this is added to taste, what your looking for is a very rich creamy conistancy.
Dont forget After you boil the pasta, immediatly put in under cold water, this will give your pasta that perfect consistency and stop the cooking process and you wount have mushy macaroni.
good luck.

boil some macaroni noodles until tender and drain them in a colander.
in a pot, melt some butter (on high heat) until it starts to bubble, and add in some flour. whisk it until the flour and butter thickens.
slowly add in a small can of condensed milk and 1 cup of regular milk and let it come to a boil. drop the heat (to low) and add in (apprx. 1 cup or more if you like) cubes of Velveeta cheese and (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese. let the cheese melt all the way. season with salt and pepper.
in a buttered casserole dish, pour the macaroni noodles in and pour the cheese mixture over the noodles. mix the noodles around until fully coated with sauce.
bake it in the oven at 350 degrees until the macaroni browns at the top.

Do you like baked mac & cheese? Do you like rich, decadent comfort food? If you aren't on a diet here is a really yummy recipe.
Start with a couple of boxes of good old Kraft Macaroni & Cheese. Now round up these ingredients....
*1/2 cup Half&Half
*1/4 lb of margarine or butter
*salt & pepper to taste
*6 oz of whole milk Ricotta cheese
*6 oz of Velveeta cheese cubed
*6 oz of your favorite shredded cheese
*1/2 cup of Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated

Oil a glass casserole dish with Pam or whatever. Cook your Kraft macaroni and dump in colindar. While it's draining, put the half&half, butter, ricotta cheese, salt & pepper into the pan you were cooking the pasta in. On a very low heat, stir this stuff up until blended. Put pasta back in the pan, take off heat and fold into mixture. Next add the two packages of the powdered cheese that came with the macaroni dinner. Now fold in the cubed & shredded cheeses. Dump this all into the casserole dish then sprinkle with grated cheese. I also like to dot the top with butter. This come out the best if you have a glass lid for your casserole dish. Baked covered for about 45 min @ 350 degrees. If it is not bubbly and beginning to get a little brown around the edges of the dish, let bake a little longer. All you need is a loaf of crusty bread and you're good to go! Enjoy!

Well I`ll just stick to the originial "Mac&Cheese" but i guess you could add veggies like carrots or corn and maybe some meats like hamburger meat, ham, bacon, chicken, or spam :]

add cream of mushroom soup makes it creamier
