What do the "light" drinks at starbucks consist of?!

Question:

What do the "light" drinks at starbucks consist of?

lower sugar or lower calories, or lower fat or all of the above? thanks.

Answers:
i work at starbucks!! the light drinks such as fraps are made with a light base that is 1/3 the calories and no whip creme (which adds an extra hundred calories). hot drinks and iced drinks can be made with skim milk instead of 2%, so there is less fat.

get your coffee or espresso with skim milk & Splenda. I love a "Black Eye on Ice". It is a large coffee with one shot of espresso, double skim milk, 4 splendas and poured over ice. A yummy low calorie eye opener!

Low fat or nonfat milk. Thats it. Calories will naturally decrease due to the lower fat, but not by a whole lot.

the "light" version of both frap light and now creme base light are 1/3 less of the calories and instead of sugar, splenda is substitued as the sugar.
