What is your favorite ethnic food?

Well, I love all ethnic foods :]
Here are some of my favorites:
Chinese=Chow mein, orange chicken, and egg rolls
Japanese= Teriyaki chicken, shrimp tempura, and inari sushi
Korean=Meat jun, kalbi, and bi-bim-bap
Italian=Ravioli, Fettichini alfredo, and minestroni soup
Mexican=Enchiladas, quesadillas, and tamales

spicy (and I mean extremely spicy) vegan thai noodles with veggies and tofu! so good...
Two Cheese Pasta Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups grated gorgonzola cheese
1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
2 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp Italian spices (or use oregano and parsley)
dash salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
Melt the cheese over medium low heat until well combine. Stir in the remaining ingredients until well combined.
Serve immediately over pasta.
definately Japanese. I love Sushi and I love Teppanyaki (cook on the table)''my 3 1/2 year old son loves it too. He calls it shushi, it's too cute to correct him : )

Enchiladas, pozole,burritos, tamales, sopes, tacos, carne asada chips etc.
I love a hot chicken saag. Yum. Just wish I had a great recipe for it or that there was a restaurant closet to me where I could get it frequently.

Well...if my mother is asking the question....Jewish.....but my real answer is Japanese! Love that sushi and tempura.
german: my mom makes really good bread dumplings in mushroom soup yummy... +they have really good chocolate
chinese:love their shrimp lomaine and their beef and broccoli
italian: yummy sphaghetti with delicous meat sauce, and chicken parmesain
indian: i dont know what its called but its a whole bunch of super skinny noodles with pieces of cooked eggs, and vegetables seasoned with lots of curry powder
