but seriously, why would you eat a poor dog. Just because he bit you doesn't make it right to eat the poor fella. The eye for an eye thing doesn't work in these circumstances.

some of the flavor depends on the dog and what it was fed...
[free range dog?]. most that I've had was good- better than horse meat. A lot of it depends on how the meat is cooked...slow cooking is best,with a spicy sauce or glaze.
