Is diet soda really..?!

Question:

Is diet soda really..?

calorie/sugar/fat free??

Answers:
yes, except people say it reduces the risk of kidney disease or something. People say regular pop is better than diet, but it makes you fatter. As long as you don't drink a lot every day, you should be fine. sometimes i drink so much diet coke, i don't believe what they say about diet soda.

No, yes, yes. Sugar is substituted with aspertame or splenda.

Hope this helps!

it does and it doesnt i mean that it doesnt because its not sugar and yet technically it does because it has splenda or other sugar substitute which does come from sugar.
