My favorite beer is actually an imported Chinese beer called "Zhu Jiang", but as for widely distributed beers I prefer Stella Artois.
Anyone who says Coors light or Budweiser doesn't know beer.

my personal favorite is corona light, with a slice of lime.
but on the cheaper end i perfer budwieser select, its very good if you dont like the beer after taste or if regular bud gives you a headache, like myself.
red stripe- that extra little spice infused into the beer makes the taste more interesting than other contending lagers

Dark is better. but that is personal taste and subject to change.
A good everyday beer for me is Amstel Light. I also love a good room temperature Guinness from a nitrogen tap.
I also enjoy some of the home brews I've made, including a peach stout (yummy!).
Strongbow... cider, actually, because I think beer tastes awful!

Molson Red, and Coors Light. I know they are so different, but the deep taste of Molson in the winter is just so good. It is not overwhelming and dark like other lagers. Coors Light is just good on a hot summer day, especially here in Texas.
The best beer can be summed up in two words: LONE STAR!
