I just took a piece of fried chicken out of the fridge, how long will it take to become room temperture agin?

Answers:
First of all you don't want to let chicken un-cooked or cooked to ever sit out to get room temperature. Once chicken is cooked it should be eaten immediately or put in the fridge to cool down with a zip lock bag of ice on top. Once you take the chicken out of the fridge to eat again you may eat it cold or heat it in the microwave (usually a min or two) or in the oven at about 350 for about five to ten minutes. Never leave the chicken out to become room temperature. Any time food is between 40 and 120 degrees it becomes prone to bacteria especially MEATS.

give it 6 minutes if you put it in a conventional oven. (high) =)

In a regular microwave.. I say 1 -2 min on high!
