Your talking to the Snack Queen :)

I always have the following in a large container under my desk ready to snack on:
Handful of Dates
Handful of Macadamia nuts (roasted and salted)
Handful of raisins
boiled eggs 2 or 3
Low fat Crisp bread snacks (quaker crisps)
a low fat pot of rice pudding
A finger slice of cheese
grapes
low fat mini yoghurt's
Hummus and Celery sticks
Fruit
Tinned Fruit and Pasta

Use your imagination and just pack a lunch box of treats. most days I won't have three set meals, but small snacks frequently in between instead of main meals.

Hope this helps :)

Edit: Forgot to mention that I drink 2lt of water a day. sometimes we mistake thirst for hunger. Are you getting enough water in daily? Coffee and juice don't count.

I usually have dehydrated bananas, dehydrated apples(both homemade, a LOT cheaper!), fresh celery with or without peanut butter, fresh fruit fora snack.

For an actual meal, a bagel with cream cheese, toast, ham and cheese on a soft roll, toasted english muffin.

But mostly chocolate. But thats just me.
