Which type of tea calms you down?!

Question:

Which type of tea calms you down?

If it's not tea but some food or drink, let me know. I need to relax.

Answers:
Tazo Calm tea. Yes, it has chamomile in it too~~~. =) Other ingredients are rose petals, blackberry leaves, safflowers, peppermint, sarsaparilla, lemon balm and licorice.

All other teas are relaxing to me except for Tazo Awake. First time I tried it, I couldn't sleep the whole night and went to school tired the whole first half of the day. It's effect reminds me of Vault now....

camomille

Camomile Tea is good, lavender oil in a burner also good.

Any type of Tea relaxes me.

Hope this helps! =)

Definately camomile :)

before sleeping, if you want to relax, try a mug of ice cold beer. One mug is enough to relax and then you can sleep soundly.

cinnamin tea and honey, better than coffee

Earl Grey is good...

Or would you like anything minty?

Truthfully...no drink can calm you down. That is a myth put out by marketing companies to sell products. Anyone that thinks it can usually is working on the placebo process. HOWEVER! The process of making tea can calm you down!

To make a hot tea requires you to heat water, steep the tea, etc. It is a nice, slow process that requires very little thought. Basically, it is a step out of the worlds troubles for a few moments. This may take some stress off. Plus, being a nice, warm drink with a good flavor, acts as a comfort.

But no, it is not the tea itself.

Me, I take great comfort in petting my dog or cat. I call it fuzz therapy...
