Answers:
Try the salads or the wraps from the sandwich section. If you want dessert as well you can get a fruit salad pre-made from the fruit and veg section!!! They also do pre cooked pasta salads if you'd rather something a bit more filling!

Go to the salad bar and get something healthy that isn't covered in mayonaise!

Get a salad or a salad sandwich!!

atlantic cod with wholegrain rice and brocolli

cooked chicken with medittaranean veg or salad or fresh pasta

They have nice wraps and sandwiches. The pasta salads are ok, but very high in fat.

There are dozens of different things,English dishes and items from all around the world.I prefer English,so would get cooked chicken portions, you can warm, them in the microwave if you want, and a bag of mixed salad plus tomatoes and beetroot. This would suit me, but it's your choice.

Their Healthy Living range is quite good - bung in the oven or microwave. My husband loves the meatballs and spaghetti on toast... How about a stir fry - you can buy all the veg (and sometimes it comes with sauce) in a pack and add some fish or meat to it?

You should try tescos read prepared fish. There are many different ones to choose from. They are also microwavable. Have that with ready cooked new potatoes with a fresh salad fron their prepared salad bar. enjoy all in about 15 mins.
