Is crab paste (in sushi) raw or cooked?!
I tried looking it up, but I was a little confused :P All of my favorite rolls contain crab paste & I'm dying for some sushi but need to know if it's cooked or not!

The crab paste and or crab meat has to be cooked as it will go bad and spoil very easily.
Not sure about crab paste, but crab in sushi rolls is generally cooked.
